How is this cheaper than airline excess baggage?
We are already running a weekly lorry from Belfast to GB. Your suitcase fills empty space we would be shipping anyway. Marginal cost is fuel, not a separate flight.
How long does it take?
3–5 working days typically. Faster than mainstream parcel couriers for large/awkward items, slower than them for sub-30kg parcels — choose us for size, not for speed.
What is the maximum weight per single item?
No hard cap, but anything over 40kg single piece needs two-person lift and we quote accordingly.
Are my items insured?
Yes — £25,000 GIT cover. Single items can have declared higher value at 1% of declared value.
Can I send something to a hotel or PO Box in GB?
Hotel yes, with the recipient's name and a phone number for the doorman. PO Box no — we need a person to sign.
