Step 2 — We send a fixed quote
A real human reviews your photos and sends a fixed, all-in price by email within 2 working hours. No "from £X" estimates that balloon on collection day. The price covers door collection, transit, insurance up to £25,000, and door delivery.
Step 3 — Professional movers collect
Our Belfast partner team — uniformed, insured, in liveried vans — arrives on the agreed day. They wrap, blanket and load. They cover floors and door frames. They give you a signed inventory before they leave. Items go straight to our secure Belfast warehouse.

Step 4 — Weekly lorry to GB, then door delivery
We run weekly lorries from our Belfast warehouse. From the GB hub, your items go on the next regional run — Liverpool and Manchester usually next-day, midlands 1–2 days, Scotland 1–2 days, Cornwall and Highlands 2–4 days. A professional GB-side crew handles the door delivery and reassembly.

What is the cutoff for the weekly lorry to GB?
Items must be in our Belfast warehouse by the week's consolidation cutoff to ship on that week's lorry. We confirm the cutoff at quote time.
Do you reassemble furniture at the delivery end?
Yes — flat-pack and dismantled furniture is reassembled in your nominated room. We come with tools.
What if my items don't fit the price I was quoted?
We quote from your photos, so this rarely happens. If volume is materially higher on collection day, we will show you the difference before loading and you choose whether to proceed.
Can I track my move?
Yes — you get an email update at each milestone: warehouse arrival, lorry departure, GB hub arrival, out-for-delivery, delivered.
